Pre-Purchase & Specifications

Use viewing distance as a guide: distance (meters) × 25–30 ≈ size (inches). For example, 2.5–3 m works well with 65–75″, and larger rooms suit 85″+. Also confirm cabinet/wall width and elevator/doorway clearances.

Higher resolution = finer detail. 4K satisfies most living rooms. Consider 8K for very large screens, close viewing, or specialized content—budget and content availability permitting.

120Hz/144Hz models deliver smoother motion for sports, action movies, and gaming, and often support motion interpolation and variable refresh rate (model-dependent).

  • Mini LED: High brightness, strong in bright rooms, great value.

  • QLED: Wide color gamut with strong brightness.

  • OLED: Perfect blacks and outstanding contrast for cinema; manage ambient light and static content responsibly.
Actual results depend on the specific model and tuning.

HDR10/HLG (and Dolby Vision on select models) enable higher peak brightness, wider dynamic range, and richer color—revealing more detail in dark and bright scenes.

Our TVs include multiple HDMI (some HDMI 2.1), USB, optical audio, eARC, and Ethernet. For next-gen consoles or high-refresh PCs, choose models with HDMI 2.1 (48 Gbps) and eARC.

Built-in speakers cover everyday viewing. For big, cinematic sound, pair with a soundbar or AVR via eARC/optical.

Use & Features

Our smart TVs support major streaming apps and casting protocols (varies by model/region). Connect to Wi-Fi, sign in, and you’re set. Firmware and apps can be updated online.

Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi. Use your phone’s native cast/mirror function, the TV’s built-in casting app, or a third-party casting device.

Select models include voice search/voice remote and parental tools (app restrictions, screen-time limits, content ratings). See your model’s user guide.

Enable power-saving/ambient light sensors and auto-standby in the Picture/Energy menu.

Warranty & Service

Coverage follows local law plus our limited manufacturer warranty. See your warranty card/website for durations and covered components.

We follow industry standards for sub-pixel defects and exchange criteria. Refer to our after-sales policy page for details (standards differ by panel type).

Within the eligible window and condition, returns/exchanges follow platform/website policy (timing, inspection, and shipping rules apply).

Accessories carry a limited warranty; terms are listed on each accessory’s page.

Troubleshooting

Check power and standby light → try a different HDMI port/cable → confirm the source device is on and set to a supported resolution → back up data and factory reset if needed → contact support if the issue persists.

Move closer to the router, switch to 5 GHz, avoid interference, reboot router/TV, update firmware, or use a wired Ethernet connection.

Check volume/mute on both TV and device → select the correct output (Speakers/eARC/Optical) → try another cable → disable incompatible audio formats in settings.

Turn down aggressive dynamic contrast/sharpening; switch to “Cinema/Filmmaker/True” modes; adjust motion settings for the content; consider basic calibration.

Replace batteries, re-pair (for Bluetooth remotes), and ensure line-of-sight for IR models.
